at the back of my mind...I was saying "what not 7.1" but hey full 1080p FMV is serious. They just officially made me want to buy this game. FMVs are a major thing for me in Final Fantasy games

most of the people in that movie are in their late twenties if not thirties. Be happy it is no more nerdy to be into star trek. There is a reason why the old movies never did that well.......nobody wants to watch old people in space.
I like the all the series (besides enterprise) but the movies sucked. Just keep in mind this movie wasn't made for fans of the old series...it was made to attract the mass majority of people to star trek.
You can say the movie sucks but visually on Blu-ray that movie is insane and thats the reason I bought to show off my PS3 to my friends.

most gamestops that used to be pro microsoft are now all going crazy for ps3. I spent a good hour in there once talking about Uncharted 2 and god of war.

they can put one under friends list or under psn as Social community or something and have different boxes with different social websites so that when you click on one it automatically sends you to the website.
what the ps3 offers is basically options to upload trophies and other stuff to facebook like Uncharted 2 did with twitter. They just revised the browser so that facebook looks good on the ps3.
So if you usually use your pc to go to facebook the ps3 browser will look exactly the same as if it is on the PC but with maybe a zoomed up view or something.

i remember the guy saying they made changes to the browser so that facebook is easier to view and etc
The only thing i wish they could have done better is the animations. Character movements, how they interact physically with other characters, and etc should feel natural not just people standing around waiting for their line to come up until they speak and hardly show any body motion
because my 360 died on me. My friends and I were really into halo 2 and 3 and one by one all of our console started dying (my friend had 3 die on him) and at that time the ps3 was looking really good(heavenly sword) so i bought one and started playing my old ps2 games on it and started buying some ps3 games. I eventually fixed my 360 by myself and I keep it at my aunt's house so i have something to play when i am there but i don't care for it anymore

lets put emphasis on "Game Wise".....some owners of the ps3 may like the system cause of other things it does besides video games. Some people may like it cause of the blu-ray and games are just a bonus.
How about people who are into owning a media hub....they may like the fact that the ps3's hard drive is upgraded without paying...
i like the way they designed it.......it does make a lot of noise but IMO it is not ugly
me and ten of my friends have both and we don't use our xbox 360(or the wii for that matter) any more(or pay for live). It is called personal preference

Then there are people who like animes or Japanese films...so they are use to hearing Japanese and reading the english subs on the bottom
