Hopefully with the next paycheck, I can dump some money into their Kickstarter.
It's times like these that I wonder why publishers don't decide to spread out releases more. Or maybe why smaller publishers that can't compete with EA or Activision don't release here.
I'm wondering if the 'me' attitude that a lot of gamers have regarding the content of a game comes from the more immersive nature of videogames. Because a videogame requires a gamer's input in order for the story to move forward, do gamers feel that, that gives them a right to input in the story?
I mean, movies and books have botched endings as well. I know some crazed fans might have the response that many fans are having with ME3 right now, petitioning a cha...

We'll see. Perhaps if mobile games evolved in a way that the virtual d-pad didn't suck... then maybe we'll see some headway.
For now, I think we still associate mobile/tablet games as "casual" at best, beyond a few examples such as Infinity Blade.
