I so hate this I like to own a hard disk copy over just a voucher to let me download the game. I can see so many bad things come out of this and good things too but I don't think this is a wise move.
I will list why it is bad and why it is good. If you do some thing wrong and can't use PSN any more you are out your money and game. You can't sell the game after you beat the game. There is the chance of prices being priced to high and not coming down.

But I was thinking back when Warhawk was on the PS1 the game was pretty fun and back then it was just a story based game. The same was with another great piloting sim Colony Wars both had great story modes and no multi-player. So why can't the same be said now. That is all I was thinking.
I so hope this does not happen. I really liked the concept of the game and I think the game could have been loads of fun. Also no one wants to lose there job so I hope Deadline Games stays open so no has to wonder what they will do now.
I would love to see another Warhawk game and love to see a single player campaign mode added. Just think how cool the dog fights would be. Just one guy against a whole army. Another idea would be to to have a campaign mode with like four or so people and have those people flesh out the story. You would have to help out your fellow Warhawk player from getting shot down and stuff like that. So things like that could show more of the Warhawk Universe and still have the great multi-player action ...
I hope this turns out false because I like owning a hard disk copy. Plus who would want to pay more money for an empty case? I know I would not. So again I hope this is false. But for people that want to buy Patapon 2 as a download only game I hope the option is there for them.
I wonder if it could be a PSP game because so many have been bringing out PSP games as of late. Also Phantasy Star Portable sold really well for Sega on the PSP so I could see Sega wanting to get those kinds of sales again.
I hope this is a PSP game because I want SE to finish FFXIII first then move on to other stuff. Also I think this could be a PSP game because after Crisis Core I think the developers would have learned a lot of stuff from the PSP and it would be neat to see what else they can bring to the PSP. Also there was a rumor before on PSPFanboy that after FFT the developers making that were making a remake of Vagrant Story and if so I wonder if it could be this.

Both games I think look really neat and I really hope Big Huge Games does find a buyer of the company because I would love to play both of these games.

This would be awesome news. Throw in online multiplayer and this news is even more awesome. I would also love to see Perfect Dark 2. If Rare could throw in the original game plus the new game. Like they did with Banjo that would be pretty sweet.
I am so happy I am not the only one that wants the single player campaign mode back. I loved shooting down many Warhawks in the story mode and if in Warhawk 2 that comes back that would be awesome.
I for one hate that Warhawk had no offline mode too. I would like if in Warhawk 2 you could play with three other people on split-screen with out having to be signed into PSN to play a good game of multi-player.

I would have loved these cool PSN games. I think the one even looks like a it could have been a new version of Turrican. I hope Factor 5 can get out of this trouble and do fine. Project Offset is to be a First Person/Third person Shooter game. Set in a Fantasy World. There are other great Project Offset videos on Gametrailers too. They may be old but they are still cool to look at and get a taste of what the game will look like.
I hardly could play Crisis when it came out I really mean that and already my PC feels out of date. So I think when Project Offset comes out I will wait some time so the tech can come down in price then I can play the game.
There is no need for me to update right when the game comes. So I will wait a little then play the game. Because Its not like if I wait the game is going to go away.
I hope Intel will license the Offset engine out to game developers like they do with the Havok. I so can't wait to play Project Offset. Plus the Meteor effects look great. So I have high hopes the game is going to be a blast.

@ Jack_Burton Wow you get a disagree for wanting a new Colony Wars game. That is sad because Colony Wars is one really awesome game and so if this really is Colony Wars this could help relaunch the space sim genre.

I hope Starhawk has a story mode and Starkhawk sell well. So next Sony can give the green light for a next gen HD version of Colony Wars.
