*shrugs* I can live with an 8. It's not the score that usually bothers me it's the review itself. I gladly accepted the flaws reviewers pointed out in MS:PR. But some of these reviews stink of serious nitpicking.
They are being unreasonable. That is a lot of money even if Sony is a multibillion dollar company. Sony won't simply just agree to that. This is going to require some negotiation.

I am sure it is not as bad as people try to make it seem. If Sony wins they cancel out the ban. If LG wins Sony will make a deal with them to get the systems moving again. If it goes on too long Sony and LG can settle out of court. Sony can find other ways to transport PS3s to other parts of Europe, even if it is harder to do. LG can't keep this up forever.
You know what amazes me. I agree that KZ3 has a few flaws(that are being patched). But why is it that PS3 games treated this way. All the time FPSs before KZ3 are given perfect scores. Then months later after the game makes millions then articles appear talking about all the problems the game had.

More vehicles, online betting, online split screen, campaign story mode with comic style cut scenes, perks that give you advantages e.g. bigger explosions when you max out to take out opponents and higher boost meter.
