The only way I think this vita remote play concept will take off is if 3G/4G allows you to play ps4 games anywhere and not just in the house.

developers would be stupid to support the idea. They would be better off going Digital only instead. Banning used games will only lose customers.
The difference will be minimal. Only 1st party exclusive will see a slight advantage. As we all know Microsoft doesn't have any except Halo,Gears and Forza.
