second biggest investment Epic has made. along with Quixel. i assume epic aims to deliver the ultimate game developing experience. Cubic Motion's tools have been valued at a high amount for a long time.
just last month. you know what would be a good game to bring to pc? Horizon Zero Dawn. "receives 50 disagrees + perma banned." N4G "no fueling rumors allowed here."

"wrong move ...what s the point of buying PS console then"
if you were always going to get a console then you were always getting one regardless.
"Hulst seems to not be a good addition to PS family ...he found the opportunity to release his game to PC in order to get sales"
this decision was before the change. since Death stranding and the Quantic Dream collection.
it'll likely be rated at a good price. how much of a loss MS is willing to take is another good question.
game pass is at really low cost for first time gamers. a possibility that MS may target a decent price in exchange for increased game pass rates for next gen games. next gen typically sees a influx of pricing in other areas.

don't forget Geforce now isn't hosting games. they are only hosting their hardware to power your purchased games.
which Nvidia is still freely able to do so.
a possibility that they have already been working on it for some time.
since SE trademarked it years ago. https://twinfinite.net/2018...
and there was that mysterious luminous tech demo from last year.

vg247 - "When Red XIII enters the story, it won’t be as a playable member of Final Fantasy 7 Remake’s cast – instead, he’ll fight along you as an AI-controlled guest character."
was about to say this was also in the original but no, he starts out a temp character but even then you could also command him. it was sephiroth that was automatic at Nibelheim.
I wonder for how long Red will be automatic as he was a important character.
it's probably for the best that creators have a great understanding of Dreams before hand.
that way Creators and Casuals are filtered instead of laying claim to intellectual property.
all Dream Creators should know that their work is freely given in exchange for basic credit.
and that Media Molecule owns all IPs using their tools to market as they see fit.
the next xbox will be sold at a huge loss though. (with power at a huge expense) so i was kinda expecting services to cope with the loss. it would be great if we could go back to the days of everything being super cheap. maybe they will after they break even from the losses.
I do agree with this statement. at the time of Ellen's comment she was unaware of the farce. which eventually back fired at her. there is no denying though that her comment which i thought was very disrespectful to Stephen Colbert on his show. which made the mistake of selecting a well known comedian and showmen to deliver a shock SJW message. very disrespectful and at the cost of effecting her own credibility.
for it's time i would imagine. just like movies games are at times made with concepts and writing for their time periods.
no doubt this is constructive criticism. but yeah it depends on how serious the creators are. or if they're ok with freely displaying their talent with the exception that Media Molecule sets their fee over any donations.
"But creative director says “it would be great” to see a PC version in the future"
i wouldn't expect much to be said from contracts under NDA. but yeah that does open up the future possibility. or if it was already in the works but under NDA.
Genkins
"they probably backed out because of limited knowledge of the service."
It's not a service. you do not have to pay or join a subscription.
you make an account and it links to your collection of games.
Geforce now is free. no money up front. it links to your collection of owned games and runs them on their setup.
GeForce Now only works for purchased games.
so far i tested it on Steam, Uplay, and Origin purchased games.
tech quoted - "at the performance level". you can play a percentage of all games on ultra settings.
some games can also boost internal resolutions past 150%.
I think this means the art style will change for future Gears games.
Rod was the last member to push forward continuing the art direction.
The characters look a lot like the movie and CG renders. I wasn't expecting much change in the art direction from the movie. The characters seemed to have reached perfection from the artists.
i don't see the delay working in favor of either of them. not when all conventions will be closed as well.
if that's the case then everything has been merely stalled.
