Yeah, I don't see how activison can benefit from blocking the rock band patch. They would be making money off of people buying their guitars to use as bass guitars or from people who buy the standalone rock band game.
Until this is fixed Activsion is no longer getting any of my money.
So all Ps3 rock band owners can now rejoice. You will soon be able to use your gh3 controller for rock band. We will now be able to have a bass player, or for those who just bought the game you will now be able to actually play.
When have the every offically said they were working on a wii version? I would like to see the source. Currently it is only rumour and speculation.

The GH3 controller works for the 360 version but not the ps3 version.
The Ps3 can now recognize avi files but at the moment cannot play them.
I totally agree with you cheez, any uninformed people are going to be pissed when they go out and just buy the ps3 game and not the bundle since they already bought guitar hero. And there are a lot of guitar hero 3 owners out there so Harmonix may want to deal with this before a $hit storm occurs.

Yeah I just pre ordered rock band today. I can't friggin wait. I already have guitar hero 3 so I can't wait to see how they both stack up.
yeah cheats like infinte health are cool for when you are done a game and you can go exploring and don't have to worry about getting your head blown off.
