@xetiro, the teraflop is not just "theoretical", it is a good indicator of the performance of a processor. The ps5 has a faster clock compared to the xsx but that's just about it. Performance/power/speed of a processor is a measure of how long it takes to compute a unit task. All parts of the GPU play a role im this. Not just the clock. That is why we say the xsx GPU is faster than the ps5's

Microsoft makes a one time only profit when they sell a console (that is if they sell at a profit). Any other profit they make come from software (games) and services (xbox live). This means bringing xbox games to pc only takes the one time console profit from Microsoft which is arguably offset by the need to buy windows 10 to play those games (bar the free upgrade).
