It's a riddle.
Its unfortunate but it does seem to happen when players are at the lower 'Elo's'. I find that the higher you get in ranked the less you find of it. I am currently silver 2 and haven't had a single 'Troll' or 'Flamer' since around Silver 5/4, Stick it out, it does get better!
I cant wait to get a hold of it either !
Of course go out and buy a copy, but I think the issue here is that they still want there AUS fans to play the game!
They'll need to work hard to justify DLC. No DLC in L4D.
