Downloadable MegaMan games would be great. I'd so hop on MegaMan 2. But, I'm sure they're talking about new games. If they wanted to make the next one side scrolling, they could offer is on PSN, XBLA, or Virtual Console.

Letting people play games online WILL cost Sony. Dedicated servers, bandwidth, people to support those servers, costs to ISP's, etc, is going to be a sinkhole for money. Granted, it won't be as large as other things, but it is a cost. And if you think the movie and other DLC will pay for it, I have a feeling you're in for a surprise.
But, to your credit, I hope that I'm wrong. If I'm wrong than it will be good for everyone.
Competition is good for the consumer! If PSN gets to be this "terrific great thing that rivals Live and is free," how long do you think MS will charge for their Live service? It won't be long. Hell, there have been rumors floating around already that MS may be changing the Live price structure.

Totally agree with you. There is no excuse if it isn't in the retail version. And if it's offered in DLC, no one is going to care. Everyone will be finished with the campaign mode by that time.
Which one is it? HD-DVD or Blu-Ray? It seems that every week there's an article on this crap. "Blu-Ray killing HD-DVD!" "HD-DVD spanks Blu-Ray!" What the hell?!
I'm sure they'll just push more stuff on Marketplace or something. Instead of seeing a press conference that would have been at X07, we'll see a ton of new videos on Marketplace. Demos and other things may happen. An excuse to get the 120gb hard drive, maybe?
What you wanna bet this is gonna be the first PS3 game to be completely hard to find and on eBay for like $100, like the first one.
I may have to get a PS3. Not now, of course, but why couldn't they announce it for a system I already own? Boo hoo.
Although I don't think that they're going to change the price structure with a Dashboard update. I don't think an update is needed to put Disney movies on it. What it is? Who knows. They'll probably hype this up and it'll be some stupid little Live Arcade update.

It was confirmed that online play will be included. Man, Nightmare's model looks fantastic. Can't wait to take this online and see how good people really are.
