Shouldn't they be busy...writing a story. I guess this guy isnt a douche like the Crysis 2 guy. There is a 99% chance, the Crysis 2 writer will see this, and do an interview saying that the pre-alpha of Crisis 2 looks better than anything Bulletstorm produced...Oh well, seeing that it is an epic game, dont really think the story has much depth other than 'he killed me family, i take revenge'..maybe thats why this guy is so free.

Who cares, if you like final fantasy than just buy it on whatever platform you prefer. If you happen to own both, than just go with what you generally buy your multi platform games for to increase your gamer score or trophy collection. Plus it is really bad comparison video...so don't waste your breath on it.
They can make 'free' downloadable content available to both silver and gold members of all the content that could not be fit into the DVD while the ps3 gets all the content on disc at first. I mean, thats the only solution I can think of where both parties are not ripped off. Main issue here is that, this whole promotion is to spread the word of GOW 3 and not to increase the sales for Slurpees. I think if you are upset by this then you must have already decided to buy the game, hence u are technically not the target audience for Sony's Slurpee promotion. It is mainly for every casual gamer who buys Slurpees every now and then and haven't heard of GoW. It is just an announcement regarding the trophy patch coming to a "very good game" as mentioned in the IGN Podcast Beyond or wtv it is called. I honestly want to be surprised but would not be expect sony to make a big announcment like this over a website. Might as well save it for gdc or e3.

The game doesnt seem to stand a chance against the competition these days. You know why people complain when a game is less then 8, because we want to spend our hard earned money on something worthwhile, not a die hard fan of this game so i will prob just rent it.

I think you folks got it wrong. When installing firmware 3.72 you are prompted with a TOS which is of version 1.4 and dates December 10, 2009. That version you saw was regarding the agreement and NOT the firmware.
