when i was in high school i was mad when Street Fighter 2: Championship Edition was announced for Genesis and i would make stupid reasons why it was wrong and wouldnt be as good. Although my position stemmed from me being just pissy and stupid, I probably made lot stronger argument than the one in this article.
i would say GTA3 was the game that changed everything for PS2, at least thats what made everyone i was in the military with at the time get one.
so theres DLC that extends the story. yep no one has ever done that before.

If Bethesda ever made a game i didn't like, I would probably be more concerned about it.
My ps1 is smaller than my ps4
the last two Fallout games had all of the problems you mention and more, I would give both of them 9.5s. I'm not a big gaming site.
