Seriously these games were just pure fun, tons of unique characters, great weapons, alot of games modes (infection so fun), even the map editor was pretty extensive. Alot of good memories playing with my buddies.
I really hope crytek makes a new one, but it has to keep the soul of the series which made it so great.

And the early beta tester should be mostly veterans who can actually contribute bugs/problems with the game, and stress the servers later with nubs

Right back at ya, he didn't say anything racist and if you think its offensive to talk about Native Americans, Hispanics, Blacks etc your overly sensitive and only contributing to separation. There is diversity and there's no problem in bringing that up.
Sonic 1 had just Sonic, Sonic 2 had Sonic and Tails following you, Sonic 3 you played just Sonic but had more power ups than just the bubble that let u take an extra hit, and had knuckles show up every now and then

I dont like the 360 controller the buttons are to spherical, the d-pad is just terrible, and the thumbsticks feel too constricted.
The bumpers/triggers are good, i guess its all just personal preference though
I'm not very good at competitive either but the single player + all the map editor maps kept me busy for 2 years straight in starcraft and i still go back to it.
Cant wait for this game, and Diablo 3 Blizzard makes great long lasting games
