The biggest Megaton at E3 was FFVII remake (imo). It would have been Fallout 4, but Bethesda announced it too early
I would rather have Horizon than both of those tbh
Edit: nothing against those games, but Horizon just looks to be on an entirely different level.
@audiophile
Final Fantasy 7 remake? Shenmue 3? The Last Guardian? Horizon?
All huge surprises, Sony gave fans what they wanted.
Shenmue 3 is Shenmue 3. My hard drive is ready
While not genius, it was a very smart move from a marketing standpoint. COD is a huge franchise, and having marketing rights for it and Battlefront this holiday will be huge for Sony
Being that COD sells even more on PS4 than Xbox One, clearly not all PS fans hate it.
But who needs logic when youre trolling right?
We get it.
ALL fanboys are hypocrites, regardless of their console of choice.
Announcing this at their conference will without a doubt make Shenmue 3 one of the most successful Kickstarter games ever.
Why would they do that when its backwards compatible now?
There wasnt really much gameplay shown, just walking mostly. I agree that what we did see of the gunplay looked really nice and the graphics are incredible. I think Gears is in good hands
I like the concept of upgrading your robot companion, but I wish we couldve seen some gameplay
Isnt the Titanic one of the highest grossing movies ever?
@Bitby
139k isnt too bad. May is typically a slow month since E3s around the corner. 77k though, that was pretty bad lol. XB1 has done much better since then
@Mighty and Moonman
my roommate bought a Wii U and Splatoon, loads of fun and different from what Im used to. Ive been missing out on some Nintendo games:)
Good for MS, didnt XB1 sell like 77k last May? Phil Spencer has really turned around the XB division for the better, hope he drops some bombs at E3:)
Who can blame PC gamers for wanting to play Bloodborne though, its a great game:)
Congrats to CDPR, they are great devs and they deserve all of this success. The Witcher 3 is one of the best RPG's I've ever played, if not the best. If only some of the Bigger Publishers would realize that if they make a great game, gamers will eat it up. They dont have to rely on nickling and diming gamers.
And congrats to Sony, The Ps4 will likely do much better in June as well.
Cant wait for E3:)
Man:/ kinda disappointed, I really wanted to see Scalebound at E3.
At least we know MS is saving some quality matetial for Gamescom
@Mike
You have to be poor to take price into consideration when purchasing a product?
Astounding logic.../s
Very likely. I cant think of anything major for June on XB1, Sony likely will win up to October.
With Halo 5s massive marketing campaign, I wouldnt be surprised if MS won October. June(Batman) through September(Metal Gear) will be Sony all the way.
Hows this game in any way similar to Gears?
