If you think the mess of microtransactions is just to recoup dev costs, then you are very wrong. They use this business model because it isnt expensive, and it makes TONS of money.
In 2013 alone, Clash of Clans made over $800 million in microtransactions. Do you think it even costed a FRACTION of that to create CoC?

The PSP released in like 2005 lol, compare the 3DS to the PSVita, whos resolution in 960 by 540, or 518,400 pixels, which is nearly two times the 3ds's resolution.
Anyways, I dont know how well the Wii U could stream to 3ds, but Nintendo will without a doubt have this functionality in their next handheld console.

A certain fanbase may criticize ND for focusing so much on Animations, but in my opinion it adds so much to the game. We already know Uncharted 4 will have incredible gameplay, and the amazing attention to detail that ND puts in will make it even better.
