I'd hate to be sitting anywhere near someone using kinect for Halo HD and have to hear the constant grenade, grenade, grenade, they way most people play halo it's like its a grenade throwing contest and to actually have to hear it over and over.

No like most of the Class actions against Sony in the past this one will probably be thrown out as well. Like the otherOS and the backwards compatibility and the Hack suits. None of them ever make it anywhere

Why are people trying to use the PSN if they are suing anyway, shouldn't they get rid of their PS3s if they feel the need to sue. I wouldn't want someone that was suing me using a free service that I provided. Sony has more of a case that they can do whatever they want because you don't have to pay to use the PSN to begin with, Shouldn't people be more pissed at MS seeing as you DO have to PAY for XBL if you want to do anything practically

Which in reality if you have an actual case against Sony something you could legitimately sue them for why do you need to have a thousand people behind you. You really only need a class action if your case is frivolous and something that a court wouldn't really go for. You will win in a lawsuit that is merited and real though

They don't just get to work on a game till the day it comes out. On top of that they generally don't just finish a game and jump on the next right away so they choose to support the game they ...
