They already announced the second map pack already, so maybe it will come out next month? The difference between the old ps1 games and RE4 and 5 is, You can make up the way you want to play. I noticed last gen that games were not as hard to beat as the games from the early 90s. You have more choice on how to play than just stuck with a huge handicap. Re4 could be played many different ways to suit the player. I have played re games more than any other. Ive beat Re4 20 times not including the Ada missions and Mercenaries. Ive spent like 40 something hours on Re5. Re2 disk 1 speed run, 1 hour and 47 min. Fatal frame is the scariest hands down. I dont consider games with a lot of "boo" factor scary. Fatal frame, condemned, and silent hill blows all those games out of the water. Honorable mentions include, Nemesis(the character), Re4 Dr. Salvador (the first time you see him),Siren, the "bear" in condemned 2. a lot more but i just woke up cant remember lol.
