Considering that Pokerstars, Full Tilt and the other big name internet gambling companies were forced to cut off their US clientelle a few weeks ago(by the FBI).. this is a bs hit grab. Don't get me wrong I would like nothing more than the ability to bet on videogames but unfortunately I don't think it will happen just yet.
Does anybody know what the in-store testing process is? My fatty plays games fine but it won't read blu-rays anymore. I don't want to drive 4 hours to the city just to get shot down. If there are any GS employees out there reading this if you could give me a heads up I'd be very grateful.
The character models look horrible. Big huge bodies and weird little heads might do it for some people but I think it looks goofy.
This article is a joke right? Rockstar games are overhyped slow paced bore-fests. $45 is way too much. I wish the industry would stop taking bribes from Rockstar to give their crap products awesome reviews. The sad thing is that your average casual gamer actually thinks these are the best games in the world. IGNorance big time. I had twice as much fun with The Saboteur than I did with GTA4 and while Saboteur was good, it was nothing special.

Super big MEH to that list of 10 games. That being said Ninja Gaiden 3 is far more interesting than anything Halo. As always it looks like the PS3 exclusives will be my most anticipated. GTA sucks ass end of story. Assassin's Creed is good, but not great. So far this years E3 looks kinda bunk but maybe I will get a nice suprise in the form of a new Paperboy with Move/Wii-mote controls.

Already had the retro map pack for KZ3 which is unfortunate because I had to pay $5 for it day 1(nowhere to pre-order from here and get the game first day) but I read another comment that said it has a dynamic theme as well so I'm hoping that is the case.

When I'm playing a single player game I'm trying to immerse myself in the game without distraction. The one thing I noticed about this list was that all of these games had so much promise and didn't end up delivering. Going multiplatform had a large part in preventing all of these games(less the 2 fighting games) from becoming as good as they could have been. DMC4 was good but not unreal. They brought this on themselves. I was one of the people stupid enough to drop $60 day 1 on this game and it was easily my biggest day 1 purchase regret EVER. Game sucked and to think I gave them money after turning their back on PS3(we got the crappy port of an already crappy game). Needless to say that is the last time I will purchase anything made by Ninja Theory.
