Yea Sorry Rettom, but $400 for a modern, top notch gaming pc is close to impossible. You best bet is to either save up for a manufactured prebuilt, spend money over time for custom built (I recommend this kinda build) or find a cheap pc that could have the the specs to run low-medium settings for Battlefield 3 or any other 2011-2012 PC games. Well to play Battlefield 3 at the highest setting, the graphics card will probably have to be $100 or more, so finding a $400 prebuild computer, in other words a manufacturer created computer, will be near impossible except for Ebay.
