I'm sure there's a lot of bureaucracy to work through in such a big publisher, but I too find the lack of attention given to Deus Ex to be very strange.
I loved Verdun dude. great list! :)
I would really love a DMC style Wolverine action game
No shout outs for Vvardenfel or Skyrim from tes games?
Great list!
I love this type of high production value indie game
Those are all well and interesting, but what about the netcode?
Kickstarter games often times end up like this, unfortunately.
Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor sounds fun as hell. I remember those first person janitor sim games that came out a couple of years ago. I hope this one does the monotone gameplay idea better.
The problem is that many people get the impression that games publishers don't respect their audience, as they oftentimes charge up to a quarter or more of the game's starting retail price for what is a very small amount of content compared to the actual game. And that's not even mentioning all the dlc that simply doesn't fit well into the game, tarnishing the game's balance.
I'd be very surprised if a new console generation started this soon, but pleased
Not all games in the market today are that easy. I think the whole "every game is a casual game" thing is an idea that gets passed too often as being true, when in reality there are plenty of highly challenging games available every year.
