Not really, if you downsize a 4k video to 1080p it's still gonna look sharper than a normal 1080p video. How else are you going to compare them? they have to be the same size!
Obviously yes and you would need a display that supports 4k resolution. But since both videos are the same size, the 4k footage is being downsampled, so it's sharper than the normal 1080p video. So it's still a fair comparison.
Not of you are sitting a few meter away... 4K vs 1080p is not a big difference when you are sitting on your couch. People need bigger TV's and less distance to really notice the sharpness of 4k.

No there is no excuse but Microsoft would do exactly the same in Sony's position. They are dominating the market it's a business decision. MS and Sony are corporations and they want to earn money in the first place. People seem to forget that.

Nice attempt... I have a PS4 Pro and most games looks great on a 4k TV. You can't see a difference between native 4k and checker boarding while playing and sitting on your couch. The Xbox One X won't be able to run all games on native 4k so after your logic it's also half assed?
So when a PS4 exclusive is released on PC it's a "non-exclusive" but when it's an MS game it's called "console-exclusive". .. This is another reason for people to sell their xbox and buy a pc... There are almost no true exclusives for xbox anymore. Why should people buy it?
I liked Destiny 1 but I'm not gonna buy Destiny 2 because I just don't have the time for it... It's almost a second life if you want to have good gear... And the raids take hours, and you have to look for people to join your group...

Why are people upset about stability updates?! Yeah it's not noteworthy and there shouldn't be a post about it but I'm happy that Sony is improving the PS4 OS. Keep the updates coming!
