A lot of sony fanboys love ODST, but they hate the way that MS is charging full price for it. (except amazon)

In my opinion, it's easy to see which is better.
One is choppy, one is smooth.
One has better detail depth.
One has backgrounds that appear blocky at some points.

Heavenly Sword isn't a sequel, all of it's design, graphics, models, and everything else were developed at FULL COST! They didn't get to cut corners and take models from another game.

Quality is determined by the previous version.
Previous versions are *usually* within the same genre.
So people look to games in the same genre and compare to grade quality.
Cars, foods, clothes, movies and games. Everything is compared by genre.
It's impossible to compare quality.... if, there isn't anything to compare to.
If you can't see this simple routine, how could you take ANY classes?

You're wrong about that. Quality isn't mainly focused on the person.
It's more focused to the type or genre of the game.
FPS TPS RPG RTS and so on.
For Uncharted 2's genre, you can't say it isn't quality.
If anything, you could even say that Uncharted has started a new genre, perfection lol.

What people are mostly complaining about is the lack of development costs for ODST.
ODST will sell, but the most important thing to understand is, it's going to be almost pure profit. Profit for Bungie but more importantly, profit for MS. And why does MS need profit? RROD secured a large sum of their xbox debt.
