I agree about rewards I can have 3/4 minutes on a hard point and still come mid table. The easy solution is give a kill streak point for a capture or make more challenges about captures rather than kills.

I thought the maps sucked at first then I got good at the game. This isn't bo4, you don't sprint down channels hoping you have the best connection when you bump into someone. You move slowly, plan, position and set traps.
Adjust your playstyle and you'll have a lot more success.
