the psvr is capable of some very sharp images, just the ps4 can't seem to extend that sharpness beyond whats very close up.
Hopefully ps5 will have the power to keep that higher res extended out to distant objects

agree totally. Who ever wrote this got it all wrong.
It survives purely on the tlou1 efforts. I was ready to give up in the last 3rd, the script just got it plain wrong imo.
Completed it earlier and totally agree with this review.
Padding, feeling like different writers, playing as a character i realky dislike for almost no reason.
Harsh score, overall its a unforgettable experience (fondly or not) but a very accurate review and how a lot of people will end up feeling after finishing it

Same here (similar age too). Story is way off for me after the first game, doesnt even feel like the same writers.

Splinter cell blacklist has a very similar gameplay mechanic which I preferred.

I hated playing as the other character. I hated every single second of it. The fact you have to look after, upgrade and explore as her was a massive mistake imo. Her motives and character were fully explained within an hour and it felt like masses of padding when they ran out of Ellie story. Gameplay needs a massive overhaul. Its fun for a few hours but doesn't evolve in any way. Story is gut wrenching as always but some very strange gameplay decisions.
