@MK there really isn't a wii verison there are just two ps2 versions one with motion controls and the other without. The screens for the wii. one look and you know it isn't even doing the wii justice.

and technically according to some claims that the d-pad is the only flaw i guess i can also say that the gamecube controller deserves to be up there as well. its only flaw is the c-stick really and its got a top notch d-pad.
its a question to most people who play wii games and complain their arms hurt after a long time. I play with my hands resting on my lap comfortably and it doesn't make the game any harder to play. You really don\t have to keep your arms up. I can play re4 for 5-6 hours non-stop.
I have no idea how some people play their wii games.
the data is only until february 2008. Smash bros came out in march and mario kart in april. they are the big titles for the wii. I think the numbers may have been a little different if they included that.

i don't agree or diasgree with that statement really. On the one hand i think these games have done much better slaes wise than their predecessors. I find my friends the ones who do own wii's and the ones who don't enjoy these games more than any of their ...
a few points , its not a remake. No one knows anything about this game, well not anything significant anyway.
Nintendo has been developing disaster: day of crisis for about 2 years now, it s a brand new ip. Look it up. Also nintendo has had new ips over the gamecube and wii generations.

first off when nintendo made the most epowerful systems in the console race the last two generations where were you? A decent systme like the gamecube it is one of nintendo's biggest failures because the hardcore turned their back on the system. And mario is still selling the world over and occasionaly peaks into the top10 or top 20. Nintendo's games have greater longevity on the charts i think. Brawl's already 4 million in usa alone. MArio is around 4 mil too i think.

Two for your other comment the wii version is worth getting because for one we get 5 extra single player levels and we get exclusive multiplayer so it has longevity or relatively better longevity than the 360 or ps3 versions. the 360 and ps3 versions look awesome but how long can you amuse yourself tossing around stuff? I did not make the claim that gat 4 is better than mario kart. They are both quite the same game as the last one. The game might be fun on the wii but it in no way pushes the it harware wise. I doubt it pushes the ps2 for god's sake.

gta 4 and halo 3 need to be on the list neither are bad games but they are heavily overrated. Gta 4 does not compare favorably to gta sa.
Take the cinematics for instnce with more power you\d expect awesome cinematics but the eyes and expressions look worse than the ones on the ps2. The old games were excused a bit because of the weaker harware but the old games got emotions and stuff across much better.
