Gunzerker is definitely super fun.
An automatic in each hand is so gratifying =P It rains bullets!
Have you tried any of the tanking skills? They help a bit, but then you gotta ask yourself -- is it worth trading power for defense?
I agree that the original Siren ability was incredibly useful. Great for escaping and attacking.
The new siren skill isn't bad though. It becomes even more useful during co-op too.
It's interesting how they've changed the Siren. She has a lot of support skills now, whereas the soldier / commando class now lacks them.
Anyway -- maybe they'll take a hint from everyone's feedback and redo her Phase skill in Borderlands 3 =p
Haha loving the dialog in this one so far.
Anyone loving how you can go ninja on people in this one?
I've been on Windows 8 for ages personally, and I like it. Nice, fast bootup and runs fine. I was able to have Borderlands run because of that Windows 8 fix. Oddly enough, when I went on Windows 7, I had the same issue and had to use the same Windows 8 fix.
I wonder if there are any cameo random characters hidden like in the first one.
It's out.

Release: Apr 24, 2012
Hopefully game is as fun as the first one.
Console releases usually have their own set of problems. Not as bad usually as PC releases though in my experience.
I personally used the "Save Data" fix. Mass Effect 3 wasn't detecting my Mass Effect 2 saved data for some reason until then. Anyway, loving this game. Can't wait to try the multiplayer.
VRRRRRRRM, VRRRRRRRM. ERRRRRR! CRASH. Any of you guys using a steering wheel for this? Game controller works pretty well, but I wonder how much more fun it could be with a steering wheel. HMM!
Too bad the Steam release is delayed. This game looks like it should be available for Mac OS in some months too for any Macintosh users here. The previous titles were, anyway.
It is definitely an improvement. I just wish they wouldn't keep getting in my way though. Arrgggg!
Oh man. The companions in this game are such an nuisance...:)
Yeah -- as the initial buzz over the game dies down, there are less people trying to hop on every second so things should be getting even better as weeks move on.
5th time's the charm!
Ah that's rough. What's happening exactly?
The DirectX 11 tip on here is actually really helpful. Seems to be working for a good bit of people. Some of the other stuff helped me out too (was experiencing some annoying mouse issues before)
It's definitely more similar than say a PS3 and PC, but the differences are causing some issues and because PC users can have both software and hardware conflict, it definitely makes it less simple to port over still.
For example, there is an over-usage of the BLUR effect to help people ignore the fact that they'll likely be stuck at 30 frames per second (because that's what Xbox 360 has it at I believe). You can tweak it to get by the 30fps and remove some of the...
I have a fetish with using the solder / commando / commander class. It lets me be lazy. If I can't see where an enemy is attacking me from, I throw out my turrets and they do the work for me x)
