The preorders are not the problems, its when devs limit players who have not
Maybe go on the forums for those kind of complaints, you will see that most of them are being adressed ou at least discussed...
But i do agree theres is a lot of work to bo done on this game to live to its full potential, even tought its addictive as hell as of now

When your repair something it will never be good as new, in that optic it makes senses to have a limited number of repairs

Ubisoft are angry at G2A because their shitty games end up at the quarter of their price 2 months after release. But G2A's price varies depending on offer/demand and their games are not on the demand. IE: I have seen FC4 and AC Unity at 25$ many times, but a qualiy game like Diablo 3, wich is 3 years old rarely goes under 30$

A realistic space flight sim is what this game is, and is how people are having fun with it. IMO the game is great allready and is a solid foundation for the best space game ever, if the developers put what they want in it.
I think and hope it will get to a point where a season pass is the only thing you pay for when buying a franchise, meaning we will pay more for a service than a single game.
The best example I can think of is the NHL sports game from EA you basically get the same game each year with one or two added features that were probably ready two years ago but they keep out to give you a reason to buy each the new one.
This frustrates me because I like thoses games but...
for me this will never be true a song as there is no multiplayer in LotF
