Only MS and AMD knows of there is a second GPU. It's not impossible. It could have one but most likely won't. Not at the price it is now. people thinking ps4 is 30% more powerful don't know anything about how these consoles operate. One thing I will say is xb1 is fully customized. Every piece inside of it is and if anyone thinks that doesn't matter need their heads checked.
