I don't know where you got that figure from,but exclusives on Nintendo and PS4 are the best and most compelling games on their respective platforms.People purchase the system to be able to play those exclusives.
Personally I am done with GTA V and moved on to other titles,but I can see there would be a market still for it after all this time and it's still selling well on other systems.
It's a pity only their 1st part exclusives will fully utilise that power,so yeah.. doesn't mean much
They need a miracle presentation at E3 this year
Seriously how can they compete at this point against PlayStation's current and upcoming exclusives.God of War, Spiderman, Ghost of Tsushima,Last of Us 2,Death Stranding, Days Gone,Yakuza Song of Life,Code Vein, Detroit BH,Left Alive...all of which will be Pro supported

1 thing that can hold is back is lack of developer support and optimisation for third party games.Some even enhanced for the Xbox One X show little difference to the PS4 Pro and in the case of Monster Hunter,Gravel are worse
Absolutely true,God of War,Death Stranding, Spiderman etc will alway's look and perform better than any third party title enhanced for the One X

This just re-iterates what was said at the launch of the Pro and One X.'It's up to the developer's to use the power of these mid-gen console upgrades as they see fit'.I think people have to high expectations and just assume ever enhanced game will run at 4k 60fps.
I was really impressed what they've done with the Daydream VR platform, especially looking forward to the upcoming Blade runner game.Don't write them off just yet and assume it's like another Outs or Google games tire device.

You want to see false advertising? Look on the Xbox one X and PS4 Pro box's claiming true and dynamic 4k...only for about 2% of the games in reality
PC gaming desktop to uhd tv is more capable then either of these systems period.I for one am sick of these pixel counting console articles.If you want the best frame rates and pixel performance outside of console exclusives just get a gaming desktop you can customise to your liking

I spend more time outside or on the move,so Switch is my primary gaming device.If I was unemployed and living in my mom's basement maybe Xbox would be.
Look at the switch's exclusives for example,Mario Odyssey and BOTW look phenomenal compared to other titles.Same can be said for Sony with Horizon and GT Sport.It's optimisation and developer knowledge of their respective system and engines that produces great looking games.
