Does anyone know if Microsoft provide a free Xbox live subscription when you purchase a new Xbox 360 console?
i have not played on my xbox 360 in years and would like to pick up a new slim xbox 360 model if they come with an Xbox live subscription. Similar to how sony give free PSN included in some new PS3 consoles

Its funny, one of the girl gamers we had on socom was an amazing player. She would frag me 8 out of 10 times on a one on one duel.
The point is she never boasted about being a girl gamer even though her clan dominated most matches they joined.
It is usually the bad players who have to compensate for their lack of skill by making sure evryone knows they are a girl gamer.

ha ha, you are so right. I dont know about Xbox but i play on PSN and i can't tell you how manhy times i have spotted a girl gamer from a mile away because of their PSN ID which usually has the words: girl, diva, lady.
They also let you know they are a girl during a match to make sure us guys give them special treatment.

Until developers start to optimize PC games, Consoles will always be a better option financially.Consoles are usually around $500 at launch where as High end PC's are over $1000. Sony always choose to innovate with each new hand held. Whether it is by using UMD or digital downloads or by introducing a second analog controller stick or by improving the graphics.
It doesn't work and if not for the Vita making profits, i would have said sony need to rethink their strategy, stop innovating and just release a cheaper and less powerful hand held ...

I know i had a great time playing Uncharted 2 but we grew up with MGS,Halo and God of War which were all available on PS2 or Xbox. i would mention socom as one of the best exclusives but it all went down hill after the PS2 glory days

Ghost Recon Future soldier would have been so much better if they was no kinect support.

wow thats really impressive but i dont understand how nintendo always sell 10 times as many hand helds as sony even though their hand helds are basically thesame to the previous version.
Sony are always releasing hand helds with top notch graphics and yet they always struggle to sell an amount that is profitable.

I played Saints Row in a friends house and it was good but nothing special. Its good GTA might have a competitive rival because it means more effort will be put into making a solid open world game.
