It only does everything...
If the game has a dark story and new emenies other than Fiends, it'll be a day 1 buy for me. But I know I'll get it regardless because I'm a fan of the franchise.
This article fails...
"Sony is holding back PS2 emulation"
There's a bunch of bad-ass games coming this year so why go back to these old games?
"The price of failure"
Even at $600 you still get more off the box than a 360.
"Limited wireless technology"
Whatever...
"Game patch sizes"
I agree with the author on this one...
"Active ...
Does this means they'll be more 360 exclusives? (sarcasm)
Dead Space 2 now that's a Survival Horror game. I first played it at 2am, almost crap my pants.
"The secret to a great exclusive is....."
First and second party studios and talented developers.
Pretty soon there won't be any more unlockable characters, they will be sold separately.
Killzone 3, MAG and Socom has Move support, FPS with Kinect is "really hard to imagine"
There’s nothing wrong if your console of choice is the 360. They do have several must play games but as a gamer you’re really missing out on a bunch of amazing games if you don’t own a PS3.
Knowing Hollywood they'll probably get Nicolas Cage to play Solid Snake...
Dear Hollywood:
If you’re going to make a videogame-to-movie adaptation do it right or don’t do it at all and for goodness’ sake stop hiring Uwe Boll! How many more videogame franchises does he need to destroy before you realize his adaptations s*ck? Out of all adaptations I seen so far Silent Hill is the best one and I was really looking forward for the sequel until I read this…
“title has been updated from the generic Silent Hill 2 to Silent Hill: Revelations 3D” <...
This is like the 20th article I read about "Top Xbox 360 exclusives" and all I see is Gears 3, Forza 4 and a bunch of multiplats. I remember not too long ago all Xbots said "PS3 has no games."
"Best Buy, was constantly sold out of them, and the day that we had another shipment, they were immediately sold out again. I take that back: not just my Best Buy, but every single Best Buy within half an hour of mine was constantly sold out, and there are a whopping six Best Buys around."
Really? The Best Buy I go to are building pyramids with Kinect.
Enslaved $20
Splatterhouse $25
Can't beat these prices.
"The 2010 Spike TV Awards brought with them plenty of world premiere reveals"
All I saw were teaser trailers that failed to tease, only confirmations to what we already knew. Movies based on games and games based on movies don't really mix well. Hollywood should just leave it alone, they barely do a good job on movies based on novels. I like Del Toro's work so I'll give it a try when it comes out but I'm not holding my breath. Anyone remembers Bram S...
"Through Kinect, players will be able to "step through the TV screen and jump into the driver's seat"
And do what? Pretend your really in the car?
You might as well pretend you have a gun too… pew, pew, pew.
1. RDR
2. GOW3
3. Halo Reach
To me these are the games that really stood out from the rest.
I thought all soccer moms and seniors in the US would have a Wii by now.
First sentence in this article "Physical console controllers are a joke." It's not too hard to figure out that the author thinks Kinect will replace controllers, read the article next time.
Now with four studios working on one franchise they should be able to make a flawless game (I hope).
