Max Payne is being developed by Rockstar Vancouver and Rockstar North is with GTA V. So it's possible.

I loved MGS2 story and MGS3 as a tie, but MGS3 made me interested in Big Boss. The relationship with the boss was so touching. I got so excited like a little girl every time you see The Boss and Naked Snake.
I want MGS5 to be about The Boss or something with Naked Snake/Big Boss
