And just how did Sony surprise you? The only new gameplay we got to see was mag and that's it. I'm pretty sure MS would have gotten 2nd in your mind even if Sony didn't show up and announced 10 new exclusive via conference call.

Every game shown at the conference for 360 was huge, and easily goes toe to toe with Sony's offerings. Really I'm just confused with this whole Sony's amazing lineup speech going around. Wait a sec...MS showed the games. they announced Two freaking halo games for crying out loud. Alan Wake, conviction, ME2, and Forza 3 all looked crazy pretty graphically and gameplay wise. Well I'm picking it up day one, but really wish that Valve would have taken the time to do a complete graphics overhaul.
The visuals look stunning, and the customization options are out of this world. Really I just want to feel how much better the tire to pavement immersion has come since part 2.
Forza3 looks to be upping everything, and will be joining my selection of games later this year. My only wish is that Rally sport would return with it's long realistic tracks and mud.

Ok that's the reply I've been looking for, and trust me I believe you. I'm a very skeptical myself and need proof that Natal can actually work well with hardcore games and not just casual. I thought GOW3 looked really good, but honestly they didn't look better than AW and conviction. UC2 although pretty comes nowhere near them wile GOW3 is up there. All this talk about I told you so is stupid because if there were a clear winner we would all see it and not just you guys.

Alan wake looked better than UC2 and on the same level as GOW3, but not easy compare yet because they are so different in design. With a year to go and the world being bigger than Oblivion I think your comment is utter nonsense. AW, Conviction,ME2, and Forza3 all upped everything this gen.
