The only thing thats certain as of now is that Killzone 3 has amazing graphics and Halo Reach has an amazing map editor. It's too early to tell about the rest.
I won't lie, Ive pirated a game before. That being said, Starcraft 2 deserves to be bought.
While it may cost a load of money, if you can afford it, get it. It is the best gaming platform IMO.
