I agree with you. I've stayed this before, the PS4 is easier to code for and the devs just recently got the finalized dev kits.

How do you know they lied to anyone? Has everyone failed to realize that they made changes to their hardware not to long ago? These developers haven't gotten used to the complex hardware and esram yet. @enemy.... Maybe their were slightly different versions created on purpose. . Ever thought about that. Hell, even the clothes on the guy are different. Maybe the environments and weaker isn't static, even in cutscenes so it won't be the same and the reason why the clouds were not Kant. Not sure if that's even possible bit you never know.
Both version are very similar to each other. Based on the videos posted and pics posted in the above comments, the Xbox One seems to have more realistic shadows and textures but it's not a huge difference. I agree with you though that gamers will ultimately choose what they want to play on.

Everyone needs to calm down. I've had it's plenty of people say that the difference is minimal to nothing in terms of both consumers graphics output. Everyone is making a big deal about paying $60 once a year for better feature and online functionality. This is insane. Everyone needs to grow up and purchase the console of their choice. I have a 360 and are already paying for live and my live will carry over to the Xbox One so I have nothing to worry about. I'd rather pay that once a year fee for better service and features and to get clearly worse service and not on par features for free.

I spoke to a friend who happens to be a site manager at gamestop who gave me a very unbiased opinion of both consoles. Hr said both will be amazing and there is hardly no difference in graphical power between the two. All because this no name dev starts touting on a Sony fan based site that PlayStation is more powerful, doesn't mean it truly is.

What is everyone's issue with commercial? I mean, the NFL season kickoff game and you expect them to show a commercial for Forza when they have a partnership with the NFL? Come on people. All because you're upset that Sony doesn't have the said partnership, doesn't mean you have to bash ms for it. I'm far from being hurt. I was just making a point that you won't be given a full game and in order to get the extra content, you might have to pay extra. I haven't decided which console I'm getting. The difference in resolution is big but the difference on screen is not that far off due to the upscaler MS put into the console. Granted, it's not native but it still makes the games look good. BF4 on both consoles looked very similar although the PS4 looked better but it was not by that large of a margin. I haven't seen COD footage yet though.
