I think it´s diffrent depending in wich country you live in. Were i live (Sweden) you can order a chipped xbox, 360, ps2, Gc or a wii over internet. I dont think it´s even illegal here, it is illegal to download and burn out games however but not to mod the console. You can go to www.console.se and check if u want, u cant probably read swedish, but you can see that they have chipped consoles there. And tehy are only one of many, they are pretty common.
That you had a design problem makeing the 360 crash in failure rate of 30 something %, youre reputation would improve...
And it´s pretty easy to do, i wonder how many of the 360 that are chipped? 20%/30%?
Otherwise just buy it and change the hd to a 160gb. But without wifi it sucks (According to me).

For 360 i want bioshock, two worlds and Halo3 (Need a 360 also). For ps3 i want Heavenly, lair, warhawk, bladestorm and dirt =) maybe area 51..

Either you prepare for a glad suprise or a hard fall.. If it would be some exclusive content i could imagine like extra levels or something not entirely exclusive games for ps3..
The delay will make it better (Good for fans) and sell more (Good for rockstar) and it will bring fourth other games that might have been overshadowed by it (Good for other developers). This didnt hurt Sony because of there impressive fall lineup, the same goes for microsoft and their impressive lineup. This is probably one of the best fall lineup for a long time...

Not for me, maybe when i get kids, lets say about 4-5 years. Then the next generation has probably startded...
Im moore of a ps3 guy, and i don´t realy hate the 360. I had one and it died on my so i can get a little agrevated, but i dont hate it. But the wii will destroy the progress of gameing and dooming us all with lastgen. All because to the casual gamers and developers hunt for money. It´s just sad.....
I only seen the 360 version, i heard ps3 version looks better?
