I remember when PS1 games were about 59.99 and N64 games were about 79.99. I also remember seeing Killer instinct and Mortal Kombat 3 retail for 79.99, if not 84.99 USD in Toys "R" Us.
Why are attach rates suddenly relevant to square enix and sony? I guess they are more relevant than total revenue and profit. Thanks for clearing that up, you guys are smart.

No rebuttal, just crying about "but teh hate". These seem to be legitimate points. Why is anyone surprised? FF has been going downhill starting with FFX. The last FF with a soul was FFIX and even then, 7, 8 & 9 lost some of it when compared to the 2D FFs.

Portables are mostly for one user alone. Many home consoles are shared. Attach rates illustrate this clearly, even though both get their games pirated a lot

-A lot more exclusive content than 360
-Has access to a lot more media and reproduces a lot more formats
-It browses the web
-It doesn't require a media center PC
-It doesn't require periodic fees to be fully enjoyed
-A lot more features out of the box
