I was simply asking how do you pretend to not come out as a hypocrite with your criticism of a game that aims to be unique when all you do is defend a console that supposedly aims to be unique. Anyone can do that. The PS3 is still $299 or more (the price the PS2 launched at) 4 years after this gen started. On the other hand, 360 is apparently going to be $99 in its 5th year, whereas it took 9 years to PS2 to be $99, even when it had a headstart, as opposed to PS2 which had competition from the dreamcast a year before it launched. Now that's pathetic.
Profit >>>>>> Sales. It's that simple. They are not always directly related.
Let's not forget that the 360 started $100 more expensive than PS2 and hit rock bottom prices long before the PS2.
Other than Halo and being cheaper, nothing else is going on for Xbox 360. People buy Wii and PS3 for many reasons though.
