thank you.
annual-renewal since 2004 ;)
ah feck. Now i gotta buy a Kinect for my PC...
Nevermind, work-harder for less sales.
That's like building a house with twice the supplies, for a guy who's paying you less.
If PS3 sales were the majority, devs would have no insentive to perfect their PS3-developement.
I hate to rain on everyone's parade, but how is this feature any better than using a USB-HDD?
"overwieght soccer moms... the only thing keeping the 360 afloat"???
Yeah, that's why every single multiplatform game sells more on the 360; because of soccer-moms.
Yes, MW3, Skyrim, BF3, Portal 2, Batman:AC, Madden, NBA 2K12, Black Ops and you-name-it... all sold more on 360. (none of which are Kinect related)
BTW I have over 90 people on my friends list, with an average of 25-40 online at peak times.
Question: Are these High-Res Textures better than the "2K Textures" mod?
like are they actually 4k?
I know. I sware I'd pay $5/month, just to get 1 of these cheapskates to shut-up.
And let me guess, Cross-game chat (Party-Chat, Voice-messeges) is also a completely useless feature that would never warrant appreciation.
Good example.
It's like people saying they would rather choose to have free-food, than buy their own food.
How could anyone possibly think that the free-food will even compare to what money could purchase?
Sayings like "you get what you pay for" don't stick around because their illogical.
I live alone, and literally have no friends that play video-games (not that I have none at all).
When I told them this. They said what you said.
MS's customer service can be quite arrogant; don't get me wrong.
But I've had similar experiences deal with PSN support.
I bought Resistance 3 brand-new, and sealed, from Gamestop on Sept.6th 2011.
I was playing campaign for the first week, and hadn't attempted to use my Online-Pass, yet.
When I did, the Online-Pass was used.
Sony told be that the code was used after the day of purchase (on an...
see this is something I would not put up with. It seems OnLive is truly for people that have not played via any other method.
Because otherwise, wouldn't the users notice the compression?
I agree; highly addicting. Depsite many displeased buyers, I had an absolute blast playing this game (both co-op/SP)
I just got a brand-new PC, perhaps I'll have to re-purchase this later to see the visual-differences. (because I'm fully aware of this blur you speak of, from playing on Xbox)
On a side note, I can't believe people say we don't need new hardware, yet our current-gen games' are being STREAMED on OnLive (even tablets).
...
Seriously misleading title.
"First 90 Minutes" gives the impression that it's a video preview;
not a author describing the beginning of the game.
Why put a time-duration in the title then?
@HardCover
They could've easily had "impressions" in the title.
AAGGGHHHHH!!!!!!! @ 0:38
I disagree. I hope it become more common.
Sharing the RPG experience/progress with a friend is great. (ie. Borderlands, Dead Island)
What I don't want RPGs (such as Mass Effect) to do, is start attempting to do competetive MP.
interesting post. I've never thought about the physics engine of RAGE, (and how that type of engine could benifit CoD)
For instance, engines in R* games (GTA, RDR, MP3)
all have a real-time physics so that each death/shot is rendered in real-time; generating a unique animation for each kill.
This should be implemented into more FPSs.
wireless receiver for PC!! the-way-to-go.
The IGN comments speak for themselve;
"BEST IGN ARTICLE EVER!"
"MOST ACCURATE IGN ARTICLE EVER!"
"It's about time IGN admitted this"
"This isn't an opinion, it's fact."
"Agreed."
Yup. Agreed.
I hope I'm not the first to mention that that is a picture of the Xbox Live app availible on iOS.
