Not all PS3 games are able to run the emulators available and it took nearly a decade to make emulators to play PS3 games don't forget that. If it was so easy to emulate games Microsoft would have 100% of Xbox 360 games and original Xbox games working on the 1X and SX.
Hopefully and with Sony working to have 100% BC on PS5 as well gamers everywhere will be the winners.
Actually no they are still testing all the games they don't have 100% BC yet.

Just hope all Xbox one games work on the XSX at some point Microsoft like Sony have said that they have to test all games to make sure they are 100% BC with the new hardware. Hopefully both console will be able to do this.
It's faster to install a game from the disc then to download it especially when people have download caps like me i only have 1tb a month and there is 5 people in my house and we all use the internet and that 1tb is nearly used up in the month and that doesn't include me downloading games. Which is why physical will always be superior to digital.
I agree the PS5 is going to be a great console the SX will of course make itself know but at the end of the day power is useless without the games to back it up. The next gen will be interesting one.

I own games on the original xbox and 360 that will probably never be playable on the XSX so saying it has full bc is a lie.
No full BC for original xbox or 360 from Microsoft i have over 50 games for the original and 90 on the 360 i can't play on my XOX or the XSX.
