I think they decided to scrap the idea of adding touch controls. But who knows maybe they will add it back in at a later date. Right now making the controller work well is priory anyways
Its so smart MS is trying to make this work the best on mobile data and phones before computers. If it works good enough on mobile data on a phone it will for sure work well on a computer at home on wifi or direct

the key here is cloud gaming for steam. The core being on pc but a scondary option to play in the cloud. Geforce now is not great because its so complicated because its third party and only some games make it on it. Rumor did come up that steam is working on a cloud thing

Series x and ps5 are basicly higher specs same operating os as xone and ps4. They will easily be on those platforms. Just as easy as games are on xbox one x.
