Its a new market with a big demand. I love consoles and pc but i want game streaming to work. Xbox reveals a legit service for this i promise you many people will want to get on board. Not everyone wants to be stuck in one place gaming. This is why the switch is selling well. Its clear xbox is going to do well with all of this.They have multiple version of hardware coming for people that want it. They have a large cloud system coming with a already established large game library,exclusives and a good up and running game operating system. They are going to become to true choice of what you want. Some want a box at home some dont. I guess we will see tomorrow when we get proper detailed reveals for it.
You do realize its entirely different. Xbox has to use its current hardware in the servers to run its entire game library.They will also have next gen hardware built into it.That is how it works for game streaming.Just like how nvidia has a certain card for its servers. after watching the event i can say that its clear Google is new to the game world and they have a long way to go. This is a up hill battle for them not having the previous structure,game library and everything else that comes with it. streaming is the future but right now the right brand needs to have an option to stream and have a box for the mixed users

The tech is so out of date and small scale compared to what it takes to do this properly. Thats why have not invested heavily in it. All these big companies have the server structure that makes this work well. So sony will will have to work with one of them to provide a similar sony version as they dont have the structure
What people dont realize is the main reason they need to launch everything forst is becuase they have a entire new shift ik direction snd software and hardware. So they need to get it out to show how legit it all will be to hook people

I think you will see a entire different vision on pc. I think you will pretty much see them merge the xbox menu onto the pc. Neither of them have the mass structure that it takes to have a proper cloud service like this and tech teams. So what will happen is they will just work a deal with one of the big companies to have there brand run off there structure. And the owners of those structures will also create its own too.
