Saying "network" would be redundant as it is already in SEN.
I doubt it. I'm pretty sure they don't take the money they make from the gaming division and put it towards another division. If anything, the losses would affect whatever is losing money which is the TV division in this case. They will use the money they make from the PlayStation brand and put it towards the next console.
I have a feeling that Sony will roll out a huge firmware once the Vita is fully launched around the world. Hopefully it'll happen and add some new features on PS3 that the Vita currently has.
Honestly, I think it is a phishing scam regardless of the article update
I mean, I've used the funds in my PSN wallet a few times during the past 6 months.
Also the email address that sent these messages is from @playstation-email.com and I'm pretty sure that this isn't the official mailing from Sony. Plus the email is too plain for it to be from Sony.
Seriously... People are making such a big deal of Online Passes. If they really want to play online, then just fork out the extra $5 to buy a new copy.
I do understand the issue of renting games since you won't be able to test out the online aspect of the game. This is something publishers should take in consideration to offer a 24-hour trial pass to market the multiplayer part.
but for the most part, just pay the $5 even if it takes to cut down on some...
All Sony has to do to counter this is Google TV.
We know this is entirely possible because both companies have a good working relationship.
That's the point of a beta.
To make sure this doesn't happen when the full game comes out.
Beta =/= Demo
as long they don't have Mr. Caffeine and show the new Rainbow Six then they will have a rock solid show.
IW has always been good with both platforms being identical.
"Lightning"
It's Infamous 2.
I did play Gears 3 beta along with my copy of Gears 3 preordered.
Nowhere did I say that Gears 3 wasn't good, I was saying that there are other games that set the standards higher than Gears 3.
an Unreal engine game setting a graphic standard?
lol.
Still running on my 60gb as well.
I just keep it in a well ventilated area and blow the dust out with a compressed air can once a while. Along with that, I also have my PS3 to auto shutdown after 2 hours of inactive to prevent it running for no reason.
and I should note that I've gamed on it for a long period of time many, many times back when I was in high school.
and don't forget about other regions as well! If you have an Europe account before the PSN went down, you can get their PS+ and download the free stuff from that region as well along with their Welcome Back games.
I will get it on the PS3. Trophies ho!
If people actually understand what programming is like, then they wouldn't be complaining.
I totally understand why it would be a time-consuming process, especially for a game that's almost 5 years old.
Ah so this is the latest attempt by Microsoft to inflate the 360 numbers compared to PS3 numbers...
Lame.
did you ever logged on someone else's PS3, perhaps a friend? If so then he/she may have logged on your account by accident.
1- DDoS of Sony's websites
2- Breach of PSN
3- The "planned" attack mentioned in this article
They really need improve their advertising. I'm attending Rochester Institute of Technology (where nearly everyone is a gamer) and I've asked some folks if they were getting the Vita, most of them did not even know what the Vita was.
But what really matters is that I will be getting my Vita on day 1!
