Origins is on PS5 I'm pretty sure but we need the PS2 remake's!!
Why are people sad when developers lose their jobs? It's not like millions of people don't get fired everyday for doing crappy work. They developed a crap game and got canned because of it. If they are actually talented they'll get scooped up by other companies. Sure Sony is partly responsible and they lost hundreds of millions because of it.
The combat is great but I think everything outside of combat is mediocre to just plain boring. I'm about to finish the game and the amount of day shifts and transitions with pointless dialog is too much. Also there's like 5 dungeon types..Nocturne is still the best game and they should go back to that formula
Yeah but final fantasy is gonna sell like crazy on Xbox..... 🤦🏼🤦 27996;
Definitely second this. Sony first party dropped the ball but outside of that this has been an incredible year for games. Seems like every month I have another banger to play if not 2
Suikoden 2 was my favorite rpg of all time in my teens. I remember seeing a big display full of copies when it launched. No one knew how valuable it would become just a few years later lol. That said I didn't really like the later games. I know 5 is supposed to be pretty good but I couldn't get into it
They already did that. It's the PS5. If that's all you want till next gen then feel free. Meanwhile Sony is smart in launching a pro model that'll make money each unit sold while testing their next gen tech, pssr, in the real world Pssr. Also the pro will sell like hotcakes. Now on the game front I would agree that Sony has been making absolutely terrible decisions
They are definitely going to stretch this Gen out. PS6 will release in 5 years I think. However if a crazy powerful Xbox releases sooner it may cause Sony to tighten that window
Dude this FF sucked so bad. I was so disappointed
Didn't even finish rebirth. I got so bored with it about 75% thru I just quit playing. The original was my first RPG on PS1 back in the day and I really wish they would've kept the turn based system instead of the chaos action system they implemented
Both are interested
Bro really said "PlayStation inflation" lol you do realize inflation in general is on the rise and is partially the reason for higher prices across the board that affects everything right?
I think a large percentage of people will do just this. Now I don't think we will get 350 anywhere but we still will be able to reduce the overall cost significantly
Now that's a pretty good take i haven't really considered.. that said I'll still buy since I'm mainly a console guy and can sale my ps5 for 200 to a buddy. Wukong looks like crap currently so I'm hoping the pro will help with that and other games that have been really hard to play due to frame issues or low res
Is he wrong though?
Wait... It's on ps5 now?
Witcher is just an interior game overall, I'd say
Mmm I'd give it about 7.5. I really enjoy it. The combat is what really saves it for me. The world is pretty boring for the most part but it is easy to run through quests and missions and jump from right to fight to stay engaged. Frame rate is ok but I'm playing with vrr so only occasional showdown. Comparing it to dragons dogma it's miles better. Playing dd2 at 30 fps with motion blur is really taxing on my eyes. Overall it took about 40-50 hours before I got bored with Rise of R...
Exactly he doesn't see it replacing devs... Immediately mentions replacing writers hahaha
I'm getting that feeling too. At first I figured it would be around the same as the PS4 pro in terms of sales but the sentiment seems to be shifting despite all the haters. Sony is gonna make a killing on it and I'm all for it. And no I don't believe this will set a new standard for pricing since initial launch consoles don't follow the same pricing philosophy as mid gen upgrades
