Well i guess you haven't sign much contract or paper work stuff. Have you ever bought a house, a car, loan, how about insurance, etc.....you have to look at the contract carefully, you don't just sign it. You might be in for surprise later on when they bring it out to court to prove that you sign it. It is just a common practice and it is a good one to have. You can't be serious. You pay money for the game which give you the right to use the tool that they created. But what ever you created, it is yours, not theirs. So you don't owe them anything. You already pay your share for your right to used those tools. If they make money out of it without a contract with you first, it is illegal. People called Patent or copyright laws.

Neither KZ2 or Gears won't be able to touch this, and this game been out for a long time on Sega CD call Night Trap. It is as real as it can get "but actually it is real". Even Heavy Rain can't touch this. The lighting, the people in the game.

I think crytek engine is probably still the best. Just one minor problem, it is way ahead of it times.
Nonetheless, KZ2 does look very impressive. I love destruction in games. Have anyone ever play Phantom Dust (old xbox game). Man that was probably the best game period.
