Back then we got 3 discs, now we'll get 3 or more parts, each probably fully priced, hooray for current gaming.

I game mostly devoid of gameplay should be Goty when you have powerhouses like Bloodborne, MGS, Witcher or even Fallout 4?

Vats in F4 is pointless when I can just shoot them normally 3x times faster.

Witcher 3 blows Fallout 4 out of the water and waves sarcastically while it's flying away.

game didn't even come close to what I've been waiting for, in big part due to crappy dialogues and weak plot.
As far as it needs to go.
Throughout most of 0-5 you play as Kazuma Kiryu, so yes, mostly it's the same character, however in 4 and 5 they added additional playable protagonists, and while you still get to play as Kazuma, you also get more chars [think GTA V here].
As for the gameplay, the closes match would be Shenmue.
You don't need to suck anything, you just need to buy Yakuza 5 and 0 to show interest in the franchise.
