The main reason I blacklisted twinfinite is because every news on that site is a slideshow which in reality are just pages you need go through so they can have more clicks.
Nah, I believe a well fleshed out linear game is going to be better than an open world with checklist chores you need to tick off. Both approaches if done right are great, and both can be just as tedious if done wrong.
There should be some balance between the two imo, lately we've been getting too much open worlds.
Similar to 2014 and 2015 :>
It's really getting kind of ... monotonous.
Actually the buildings you can enter are heavily limited, mostly to story missions.
Can't say more, you just have to trust me :)
oh and btw. I'm not being cynical, just making a little jab at the developer for scrapping (yes, cutting/removing) brooklyn, let's not get overly dramatic now shall we? :)
btw. At this point it shouldn't even be a debate that they cut it, I mean the first gameplay was shown in Brooklyn, along with a ...

I owned pulses, too weak battery and the headset just broke at one point, fixed it, sold it and moved on to golds, don't regret that decision :)
@AG
Yeah, ok :)
I own the gold one and can really recommend it, great sound quality for that price tag. Virtual Surround Sound is amazing in most of the games.
An hour ago (this was submitted approximately over ~2h ago judging by the first comment timestamp) I was chatting on a party with some friends and playing hardware rivals, so it must be isolated to specific regions I think.
whaa...?
Wow, someone sure is thirsty for attention, that description alone made me not want to click the link to read the rest of that "review".
The game depicts horrors of civilian's life during war quite nicely given its studio budget and resources limitations as the game is far from being triple A. They should be commended for trying to bring such a heavy subject to attention, not trashed by wannabe critics.
"Trying to do an open-world game"
Well after latest revelations it's more of an "open-district game" :D
Open world will probably come with season pass.
That rap is hilarious :D
Not really, it just cut small and ultimately insignificant activities like car modding and replaced them with cutting edge physics, godlike driving model, great AI, better gunplay and gameplay overall.
Game received bad rep for... I dunno, missions and maybe... cousin, lets go bowling yes? ;)
Missions were kind of similar to each other, go there, shoot that, but then again, some were very memorable to me. However TBOGT expansion fixed that right up.

The title misled me, it's just about PC mods.
Probably my worst memories with the Final Fantasy franchise are tied to all XIII games. So no, it's not underapreciated in my opinion, far from it.
I'm just glad I bought XIII-2 and LR very cheap after I got burned by XIII.
If we don't support this business model, it will quickly go away.
Sad priority, good performance should the be main concern of gamers, what good is crisp 1080p when a game is a slideshow? I'd rather trade 180p for stable framerate, on any platform.
Recent Fallout 4 had issues on both platforms, I'm guessing this will be a similar scenario.
Yes, please!
I'd like it more if there were actually any blood decals in it, shooting 500 rounds in an enemy without any visual feedback (blood splatter on walls/ground etc.) is kind of a deal breaker for me.
Sound like a PR BS, if they put in some campaign, it really must be half-assed added that late in the development of the game.
Kuntaku :D

Very nice satire article.
