No you didn't! Don't worry, your trophies are stored on the PS servers, they will never be deleted. If you're ever logged in, and put in a game that needs an update, but don't update, and go into your trophies, it'll say you have 0 trophies. But if you go back to your XMB and log in and sync your trophies, it'll go back to what it was before.
