Worst game of 2023 and we're only one month into it? Game "journalists" are a joke. Aside from poor optimization on the PC the game is fantastic if unintentionally campy. Luminous needs to get on patching this game stat.
You can turn off Cuff chatter in accessibility options.
The opening chapter is like watching "The Room" because it is so detached from reality it is ridiculous. I enjoyed the camp, had a laugh, got over it, and played for hours last night. I love this game. I'm glad I don't let all the internet noise manipulate what I enjoy.
Looks like everything is going as Naughty Dog planned. Next season we'll likely see a PS5 port of Part 2.
I'm curious to see how it runs on my 6800XT, which it was optimized for. Guess I lucked out there. Maybe not. Definitely gonna buy this weekend and see. I actually enjoyed the demo and wanted to play more.
Yup, already happening.
There's also a 9 review score posted here but people suspiciously don't comment on that article.
Seems like this game can't win either way with all the hate already attached to it. I'm looking forward to it.
Can a console run the game at 60fps in 4k?
This only makes sense. Not sure why people are getting upset over it. Your PC is going to have to keep up with the complexity of current games. Why is that hard to understand?
It certainly doesn't look like 60fps. I tried playing it but had to put it down because it just looked like a cluttered mess. Could be because I had been playing the original Bayonetta on PC prior to picking it up Bayo 3.
Nintendo should finally update there system. Bayonetta is meant to be played in 120fps, not 30-40.
Putting that dirty Saudi money to good use.
Clicked to say the same thing. I just stop just to listen to the music and watch the rainfall until I feel sated enough to move on. This track especially is one of my all time favorite pieces of music. I don't see that he's worked on much but I hope this masterful soundtrack gets the composer more work in future games.
It was almost unbearable to watch the player walk away from "Fresh Meat" without shooting him.
How do you know it isn't "fleshed out" if you haven't played it. The game is a lot of fun. Not for everyone though.
I personally don't like forced, lowbrow humor. I'm more into subtle, dry, or absurdist humor but somehow I'm enjoying this game A LOT. You can't go wrong if you have Gamepass.
Gerard Butler can't get back into the same shape he was in for 300. Apparently he worked himself too hard and has really bad tendinosis.
Only two people I could see pulling it off are Momoa or Hugh Jackman. See Hugh Jackman bald and with beard in Les Miserables. The resemblance is crazy except Jackman is a bit longer and leaner.
I'm glad this remake was made, I'm enjoying it, but I think it's way overrated. A master class in remakes? I feel the remakes for RE2, FFVII, and Demon's Souls deserve this kind of praise but Dead Space just doesn't look or feel like the revolutionary masterpiece that a lot of journalists are making it out to be. I really don't get all the hype. Again, I think it's good but nothing amazing.
