Forza didn't NEED dynamic weather, as is evident in the quality of the previous 4 titles. GT fans tried to make it seen as though the lack of dynamic weather TOOK AWAY from the Forza experience, it did not.
The addition of DW in Forza Horizon is simply that, an addition. It isn't fixing some great chasm that existed in the franchise thus far.
